Solarius B.V. ("Solarius", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the Framework platform ("Platform"), provides the Platform as free, open-source, decentralized, and federated. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Platform.

Use of the Platform

The Platform is intended for lawful use only. You may not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, laws and regulations related to online conduct, content, and data protection.
• You agree to not use the Platform to transmit, distribute, or store any material that:
  • Is threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy, tortious, contains explicit or graphic descriptions or accounts of sexual acts, or is otherwise objectionable;
  • Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party;
  • Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
  • Is commercial in nature, including, but not limited to, advertising, promotional materials, or solicitations, without our prior written consent; or
  • Is false, inaccurate, or misleading in any way.

Federated Network

The Platform is a federated network, meaning that it is composed of multiple interconnected servers.

• By using the Platform, you agree to abide by the terms of service and community guidelines of the servers that you connect to, in addition to these Terms. Solarius is not responsible for the content or policies of any third-party servers, and you access and use such servers at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Solarius and its licensors. The Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the Netherlands and foreign countries. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform, use of the Platform, or access to the Platform without the express written permission of Solarius.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

• Solarius makes no warranty that the Platform will meet your requirements, be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis, or that defects will be corrected. Solarius makes no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness, or reliability of any content or information available on or through the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

Solarius will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Platform, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

• Solarius will not be liable for any conduct of any user on the Platform, nor will we be liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content or information posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available on the Platform.

Changes to the Terms

Solarius reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we do this, we will post the modified Terms on the Platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of these Terms. Your continued use of the Platform after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the Terms periodically for updates.

You agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
